Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Associate for MANGO at Palma de Mallorca Airport, focused on customer interaction, fashion sales, and in-store support. Key Highlights: 1. We offer a temporary contract of 30 hours per week. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Sell clothing, accessories, footwear, and leather goods, as well as related services such as styling and personal shopping. * Interact with customers and sales support staff to maximize revenue generation and improve the customer experience. * Assist and inform consumers about promotions, including product selection and purchase, with thorough knowledge of company policies. * Perform in-store support functions, including stockroom management, customer service, scheduling, daily operations, cash handling, and loss prevention services. * Assist with online order fulfillment if a product is unavailable in-store. **ABOUT YOU** * Collaboration, teamwork, and communication. * Customer orientation. * Initiative and innovation. * A minimum of 6 months must have elapsed since your last participation in a selection process with development feedback, to reapply for another vacancy of the same store type (Flagship/XL, L/M or S/XS).
