Continuous training provided by the company. **Description:** ---------------- At **I2M**, we are looking for **MEP Installation Technicians** (Specialty: Electricity, HVAC, or Plumbing) who are highly motivated to join our team in Mallorca, Palma area or Cala Millor area. The ideal candidate must demonstrate firm commitment and excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities include: * Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical, HVAC, or plumbing systems (depending on specialty). * Collaborating with other team members to ensure the proper operation of facilities. * Interpreting drawings and technical specifications to carry out installation tasks. * Identifying and resolving technical issues during the installation process. * Ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations on every project. * Documenting progress of completed work and reporting to the relevant supervisor. We seek individuals eager for professional growth and capable of working effectively as part of a team. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum qualification: Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate Level) or equivalent professional certification in one of the MEP-related specialties. * Prior experience in installations (minimum 1 year for Third-Class Technicians; higher levels of autonomy required for Second- and First-Class Technicians). * Valid Spanish driving license (Class B) and personal vehicle. * Residence in Mallorca or willingness to relocate. * Strong commitment and organizational skills.
