They are seeking to hire a **Civil Construction Site Manager** with experience in project execution, team coordination, and quality control, to take direct responsibility for the technical and operational development of assigned projects. **Main Responsibilities** **1. Construction Planning and Organization** * Plan and organize the construction process together with the Site Manager. * Define, manage, and optimize the necessary human, mechanical, and material resources for execution. * Coordinate on-site equipment and teams to ensure productivity and timely delivery. **2. Technical Execution and Supervision** * Supervise the proper physical execution of the project. * Monitor compliance with established quality and safety standards. * Manage material deliveries and the work of subcontractors and tradespeople. * Organize workspaces, access routes, storage areas, construction zones, etc. **3. Documentation and Safety Control** * Maintain up-to-date site documentation (Subcontracting Register, Health and Safety Plan, drawings, workplace opening records). * Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Plan throughout all execution phases. **4. Economic and Production Control** * Carry out measurements of completed work and inventory checks, monitoring materials, resources, and machinery. * Optimize resources and reduce costs in coordination with the Site Manager. * Participate in progress meetings and report on work advancement. Requirements * Proven experience in civil works and building construction. * Basic knowledge of surveying (optical leveling, blueprint interpretation, measurement criteria). * Experience in site layout and surveying. * Occupational Health and Safety training: Preventive Resources (60 hours). * Leadership skills, organizational ability, and capacity to resolve on-site issues. * Residence in Mallorca or willingness to relocate.
