Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations We are looking for a cook for a senior residence located in Siero (Asturias). Main responsibilities will include daily menu preparation, including developing diets tailored to residents' specific needs. Additionally, the role involves overall kitchen organization and ensuring strict adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Previous experience in similar kitchen positions is required. Experience in collective dining facilities will be considered favorably. A valid Class B driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory for commuting to the workplace. The contract is temporary, full-time, with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, covering a vacation period.
