DESCRIPTION ### **Internship Program \- Reception Assistant** **We are looking for someone passionate about customer service and eager to grow within the hospitality industry.** At **MAC Hotels**, we believe young talent is the driving force behind innovation and the future. Our **Internship Program** is designed for ambitious students aiming to grow professionally and contribute to people development within our organization. From the **Reception Department**, we seek a student of **Hotel Management, Tourism, Administration, Tourism Accommodation Management, and/or similar studies**, who wishes to complete their academic journey through an internship with us. Through this experience, you can **launch your career in the Reception area** applied to the hospitality sector, learning how customer service is managed, how daily hotel operations function, and how to coordinate with other departments to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will join the **Reception Team** at our hotel **Pure Salt Port de Sóller 4\***, collaborating on real departmental tasks and supporting the team in guest assistance and service during their stay. ### **What You Will Learn With Us** During your internship, you will participate in various **Reception**-area projects, such as: * Supporting guests and resolving inquiries during their stay. * Assisting with check\-in and check\-out processes. * Supporting administrative tasks, document management, and data handling.
