Job Description At MarSenses, we are looking to hire a Cook for our MarSenses Rosa del Mar Hotel & Spa located in Palmanova, Mallorca. Responsibilities * Prepare and cook food according to set menus and standards, paying attention to dish presentation and portioning. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper waste management in the kitchen and storage areas, monitoring temperatures, expiry dates, and product storage. * Collaborate with the kitchen team and ensure supply and restocking in restaurants and buffets. * Organize and conduct live culinary demonstrations when assigned to show cooking. * Comply with hygiene, safety, HACCP, occupational risk prevention (PRL), and personal protective equipment (EPI) regulations, as well as the CARE program, sustainability policy, and SGA. What We Are Looking For * Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a kitchen assistant in a hotel. * A higher vocational qualification in cooking or related field is desirable. * Knowledge of foreign languages is valued. * We seek a team-oriented individual who is efficient and communicates effectively.
