***Job Mission:*** Work closely with the area manager to analyze the business’s *Other Revenues*, aiming to achieve proper analytical treatment of the data.
***What will you do on a daily basis?***
You will support and assist the Area Manager in:
* Developing the “Other Revenues Model” project (Retail, Spa, Experiences, Events, and Sports); creating, analyzing financially, and monitoring the profitability of Brand attributes.
* Creating procedures for accounting allocation, processing, and/or control of new attributes across business units.
* Conducting feasibility studies for launching new products and Brand attributes during pilot phases: Business Cases, investment management, etc.
* Conducting alignment studies between hotels and the Brand regarding Voice of Customer.
***Requirements:***
* Academic background: Student in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Tourism, Economics, Accounting, Data Analysis, or a related master’s program.
* Languages: Advanced level in both Spanish and English, with effective communication skills in both languages.
* Knowledge and interest: Excel, SAP, KPIs, Data Analysis.
* Interpersonal skills: Analytical, proactive individual capable of managing multiple tasks and collaborating effectively in teams.
* Location: Residence in Palma de Mallorca or willingness to relocate.
* Availability: Flexibility to enter into a training agreement with adjustable duration.
