We are looking for candidates with proven customer service experience, preferably as a fashion retail sales associate. The vacancy is for one Sales Assistant position with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday: * **In Palma de Mallorca \- Permanent contract.** We’re looking for someone like you to join our teams. We want you to be Blue Banana’s visible face — representing our image and values while handling sales and delivering exceptional service to our customers, becoming their greatest ally: * Guiding customers throughout the sales process and conveying our values across their entire shopping experience. * Maintaining store presentation aligned with Blue Banana’s brand values. * Providing operational support in inventory management, stock control, ordering, and warehouse tasks. **What will make you succeed with us? Key Skills and Experience:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Sales Assistant is highly valued. * Strong communication skills. * Passion for selling, cross-selling, and offering alternatives.
