Address basic needs and activities of daily living INTRESS is seeking to hire two **Home Care Assistants** to fill two permanent positions under indefinite contracts for the *Home Support Service (SAD)* we manage in **Palma**. The SAD aims to assist individuals with dependency or disability in maintaining both their autonomy and quality of life through in-home interventions. **WE OFFER**: * Center location: Palma * Start date: June 2026 * Monthly gross remuneration (1\): for 37.5 weekly hours (full-time) €1,756 gross per month (x 14 payments: €24,584 gross annually). Remuneration will be proportional to contracted working hours. * Weekly working hours: according to assigned route; Schedule: afternoons, Monday to Friday **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Address the basic needs and ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) of service users in their homes. * Promote the autonomy of service users in their homes by providing necessary support. * Provide support and companionship to service users outside their homes, fostering their community integration and participation, as well as preserving autonomy in IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living). * Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Individualized Action Plan (PAI). * Attend professional meetings. * Complete appropriate and satisfactory records. ***Required Academic Qualifications:*** (one of the following) * Vocational Training in Nursing Assistant, Socio-Healthcare Assistance for Dependent Persons, or Social Integration. * Professional Certification in Home-Based Care for Persons. ***Required Professional Experience:*** * One year of experience performing identical duties. * Experience providing care to elderly persons. ***Required Knowledge:*** * Basic socio-healthcare assistance. * Person-centered comprehensive care model. ***Other Desirable Attributes:*** * Personal vehicle. * Availability and schedule flexibility.
