**Description:** ---------------- We're looking for someone who can manage digital projects without losing patience, faith in humanity... or control of Excel. If you can speak both IT and Business languages without having an existential crisis: keep reading. * What you'll do (or at least try to): Coordinate suppliers who have been saying “we’ll upload it tomorrow” for the past three sprints. Translate into human language what business people say and what IT people understand. Spoiler: they never match. Hold daily, weekly, monthly meetings… and still someone will ask: “Was this already mentioned?” Validate functional proposals without crying (in public). Track risks and budgets without throwing your laptop out the window. And yes, reporting is involved (but we give you permission to use memes if it boosts engagement). * What we’re looking for (besides your soul): You’ve used Azure DevOps, not just to check the boards, but to move things around fearlessly. You’re comfortable with SQL, SOAP, REST APIs, and know that “.NET” isn’t a new series streaming channel. You know what a WAF is, and it’s not an insult in Klingon. You’ve implemented eCommerce platforms, preferably in the tourism sector (or anywhere else where customers actually want to pay quickly). You don’t panic when having to talk to people from systems, marketing, or legal teams. You do it... with style. University degree in computer science, engineering, or “putting out digital fires with flair”. B2 level English or higher. If you can talk to suppliers without Google Translate, you’re in. * Where? Half remote (or from your zen corner). Half in Palma de Mallorca. Office hours, that miracle without included dinner voucher. If after reading all this you haven't closed the tab yet, maybe it's you. Apply now. There are plenty of projects, but teams where you can laugh while working… not so many.
