If you enjoy solving problems, constantly learning, and working in a professional and close-knit environment, we want you on the team! ### **Position Objective:** Provide first and second level technical support to users, ensuring the proper functioning of the company's systems, devices, and technological tools. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily user support (on-site and remote): incidents, inquiries, device configuration. * Preparation, installation, and maintenance of computers, printers, and peripherals. * Management of accounts in Microsoft 365, Intune, email, permissions, and access. * Documentation of procedures and incident resolution. * Installation and configuration of software and operating systems. * Collaboration on internal technology improvement projects. ### **Technical Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP). * Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows 10/11. * Ability to identify and resolve hardware and software issues. ### **Personal Profile:** * Proactive, organized person with a desire to learn. * Good user interaction and communication skills. * Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ### **Minimum Requirements:** * Medium or higher vocational training in computer science or similar. * Knowledge of Intune (desirable). #### **What We Offer:** * Full-time contract. * Working hours: Mon to Thu: 8 AM to 5 PM; Fri: 8 AM to 3 PM (flexible start time). * Reduced working hours in July and August. * Continuous training and learning in the field. * Participation in a solid company within the engineering and construction sector. * Collaborative and supportive environment where you can grow professionally.
