We are a software development company specializing in the public sector, and currently provide technological infrastructure support to a major client in the Balearic Islands. We seek someone with a proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a genuine desire to help users, to integrate into a team responsible for Level 1 technical support and direct user assistance. **Your Responsibilities** On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Provide user support and resolve hardware and software incidents * Manage incidents using ticketing tools * Assist users via telephone and email * Resolve questions and issues related to application usage * Coordinate with the development team for incident management * Maintain up-to-date application documentation **What We Are Looking For** We seek someone with a positive attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to interact effectively with people. * Interpersonal skills for user interaction (telephone) * Strong communication skills * Patience, empathy, and problem-solving orientation * Proficiency in office software * Spanish and Catalan * Valuable: Vocational Training (FP) in Computer Systems Administration * Minimum 1 year of experience in support or user assistance. **What You Will Find Here** * A good working atmosphere and a close-knit team where open communication is encouraged * Stable projects within a solid technical environment * Flexible working hours, with an intensive schedule for most of the year * (Start time between 07:00–08:30; typical end time around 15:00; one week every four weeks on split shift.
