Your primary role within the company will be to ensure guests' satisfaction during their stay at the property, as well as to serve as the main point of contact between guests and management. This vacancy is for our Insotel Punta Prima Resort \& Spa hotel. Your main responsibilities will include: * Handling guest requests, suggestions, and complaints. * Communicating with guests and acting as a liaison between guests and management. * Supervising and supporting all services, including events. * Coordinating and planning visits conducted at the property. * Updating and reviewing information provided to guests at the property. * Other tasks related to the position.
