**At Huerzeler – Das Radsport Erlebnis**, a leading international cycling tourism agency, we are looking to incorporate a Reservation Agent into our team in Playa de Palma for our Incoming office. Main responsibilities: * Management of individual and group bookings. * Coordination of transfers and associated services. * Monitoring and management of booking blocks. * Customer service via phone and email in multiple languages. * Effective, customer-oriented resolution of incidents. Requirements: * Intermediate to advanced level of German or English (essential). * Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus. * Previous experience in travel agencies, incoming companies, or the hotel sector. * Organized, solution-oriented person with initiative and service focus.
