Your primary role within the company will be to plan, organize, and supervise the station under your charge to ensure the quality of gastronomic preparation and presentation, following guidelines set by the Head Chef and complying with established safety, hygiene, and environmental protection regulations. This vacancy is for our Insotel Punta Prima Resort & Spa hotel in Menorca. Your main responsibilities will include: * Organizing and directing the work of team members in your area/station for dish preparation. * Controlling buffet content for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as service costs. * Supervising and supporting food and raw material preparation that constitutes the gastronomic offering. * Supervising, maintaining, and preserving kitchen equipment. * Complying with cleaning standards across all kitchen areas. * Other duties inherent to the department.
