Job Summary: Maintenance, repair, and upkeep of hotel facilities, in compliance with regulations and quality standards. Key Points: 1. Rapid and effective resolution of issues for guests and departments. INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP is a well-established hotel chain in the Balearic Islands undergoing active expansion. Your primary role within the company will be to carry out repairs, maintenance, and conservation of all facilities, infrastructure, and materials comprising the property, adhering to established regulatory requirements and quality and efficiency standards, under the supervision of the Head of Technical Services. We currently have an opening at our Insotel Cala Mandia Resort \& Spa. Your main responsibilities will include: * Inspection and maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations. * Reporting meter readings and recording consumption data. * Completion of preventive maintenance logs. * Reporting detected malfunctions in equipment or facilities to the central office technical department. * Prompt and effective resolution of issues reported by guests. * Resolution of malfunctions detected and reported by other departments. * Inventory management and control of tools, equipment, materials, and spare parts. * Other routine departmental tasks. * Education: Vocational training as plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc. * Experience: AT LEAST 2 YEARS performing duties as Second Maintenance Manager or 5 YEARS as Maintenance Technician. * Basic English proficiency (A1\) is valued; additional languages (German, Italian, etc.) are considered advantageous. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
