We are seeking a candidate to join the Supply Chain team of the Largos Asturias Cluster, responsible for coordinating and optimizing production and dispatch flows, ensuring fulfillment of customer commitments and balancing commercial, production, and logistics requirements. The position requires strong analytical capability, a holistic view of the process, customer orientation, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments, actively participating in decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities: * Coordinate planning and scheduling across production facilities, ensuring efficient utilization of available resources. * Ensure adherence to committed delivery deadlines by continuously monitoring production and dispatch activities. * Manage and optimize inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products, contributing to the balance between service level and operational efficiency. * Continuously analyze production, logistics, and commercial constraints to identify solutions that maximize customer service and business results. * Monitor production and dispatch plans, anticipate potential deviations, and propose corrective actions when necessary. * Collaborate closely with Order Entry, Production, Logistics, Scheduling, and Commercial departments to ensure integrated supply chain management. * Support planning and scheduling processes across the cluster’s industrial facilities (Steelmaking Plant, Rail Mill, and Wire Rod Mill). * Participate in continuous improvement and transformation projects for Supply Chain processes, contributing to increased efficiency, flexibility, and service level. * Requirements: * University degree * Additional training in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields * Proficiency in English, both spoken and written * Experience in a similar position * Experience in supply chain optimization * Ability to make decisions in complex environments * Cross-functional leadership * Data analysis and problem-solving skills **At ArcelorMittal, we believe in Zero.** We believe in the goal of zero accidents, and all employees of the company work together to achieve it. *ArcelorMittal is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
