Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to carry out repairs and preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and apartments, in compliance with regulations and quality standards. Your primary role within the company will be to perform repair, maintenance, and conservation tasks on apartments—including both wooden and aluminum carpentry—as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of all facilities, infrastructure, and materials comprising the establishment, in accordance with established regulations and quality and efficiency standards, under the supervision of the Head of Engineering and Deputy Head of Engineering. Your main responsibilities will include: * Inspecting and maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations. * Executing tasks cleanly, orderly, and with high-quality finishing; using materials appropriately and economically. * Conducting periodic inspections to identify deterioration requiring repair. * Estimating material requirements based on the performance specifications of various products. * Operating specialized carpentry machinery and auxiliary equipment. * Completing preventive maintenance record sheets. * Reporting detected malfunctions in equipment or facilities to the Technical Department at headquarters. * Promptly and effectively resolving issues raised by guests. * Resolving malfunctions reported by other departments. * Conducting inventory and control of tools, equipment, materials, and spare parts. * Performing other routine departmental tasks. * In return for your commitment, we offer: * Excellent work environment. * Competitive salary. * Stable position (summer season) with real opportunities for professional development. * Possibility of shared accommodation in staff housing. * Qualifications: Compulsory Secondary Education, Medium-Level Vocational Training (FP), or specific training as a plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc. * Experience: AT LEAST 2 YEARS performing maintenance technician duties. * Knowledge of electricity, refrigeration, etc. will be valued. * Basic English proficiency (A1\) is desirable; additional languages (German, Italian, etc.) will be positively considered. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
