We are currently seeking to fill the position of Guest Experience Agent. We seek individuals passionate about hospitality and excellence. Your mission will be to guarantee memorable experiences for our guests by overseeing every touchpoint and ensuring high standards of satisfaction and loyalty. **Responsibilities:** * Define, implement, and update corporate technical standards and maintenance plans. * Coordinate and provide technical support to Hotel Maintenance Managers. * Supervise compliance with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Monitor OPEX budget and participate in CAPEX investment planning and tracking. * Approve, coordinate, and evaluate national-level suppliers and contractors. * Ensure compliance with legal and technical regulations (PCI, legionella, elevators, occupational health and safety, OCAs). * Conduct periodic technical audits and track action plans. * Drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement projects. * Prepare technical and financial reports for Management and the Operations Committee. **Requirements:** --------------- * Technical or Superior Engineering degree or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in industrial fields. * Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in hotel maintenance, facility management, or multi-site corporate environments. Experience in hotel chains, energy efficiency, and technical English is desirable. * Solid knowledge of electricity, HVAC, plumbing, and civil works. * Familiarity with technical and legal regulations applicable to the hotel sector. * Technical and economic analytical capability. * Proficiency in management tools (Excel, technical reporting).
