




Position Summary: We are seeking a Cook to collaborate in dish preparation and presentation, and ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Key Points: 1. Job stability within an expanding chain CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS requires a COOK for our MAJORICA hotel located in Palma de Mallorca. RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Perform scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Carry out periodic cleanings as established in the prepared plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues accordingly. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2 years of experience in gastronomic hotels. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
