At Meliá Hotels International, we are launching a new edition of our **HR Cantera** program — an initiative designed to identify, accelerate, and develop high-potential talent aspiring to leadership roles in Human Resources. ### **What is the objective of the program?** The HR Cantera program aims to build a robust pipeline of future HR leaders by delivering intensive, cross-functional training across all areas of the department.
