"Flexible" working hours focused on results. **Full Job Description** Lead and manage the photo and video capture and distribution service at one of our venues (a water park). **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Team management experience (recruitment \- training \- supervision) * Prior experience as a store manager or in similar roles * Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills * Fluent English (to be assessed during the selection process) * Resilience and stress management capability * Data-driven mindset (KPI analysis) * Customer service excellence orientation What will be your main responsibilities? * Recruit and manage your own team of photographers and sales assistants * Direct liaison with park management * Coordinate team activities, training sessions, schedules, etc. * Establish performance and improvement KPIs for your team * Resolve customer complaints and technical issues related to our equipment * P\&L management and cost control * Supervise and optimize operational efficiency of the activity * Stakeholder Management: Manage institutional relationships with park management (our primary client) * Cash reconciliation and cash control * Talent Development * Collaborate on Visual Merchandising initiatives and improvements.
