Responsibilities * Prepare ingredients for dishes according to the chef’s instructions. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen throughout the shift. * Assist in menu preparation, ensuring all dishes are served on time. * Collaborate in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and provisions. * Adhere to all food safety regulations and established hotel procedures. Requirements * Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Basic knowledge of hygiene standards and food handling practices. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
