Opportunity for variable compensation linked to objectives JOB DESCRIPTION One of our clients in the environmental health and pest control sector is looking for a Pest Control Technician for their offices in Mallorca, with the following responsibilities: * Carry out insecticide, rodent control, and disinfection treatments at client facilities. * Execute scheduled service routes at hotels, restaurants, residential communities, and food industry facilities. * Inspect and maintain bait stations, monitoring points, and monitoring devices. * Prepare work reports, technical reports, and documentation associated with each intervention. * Manage and record performed activities using the iGEO management software. * Identify incidents and propose corrective actions to ensure treatment effectiveness. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and current regulatory protocols related to environmental health. * Maintain professional and approachable client interaction, ensuring high-quality service. **Requirements:** * SEAG0110 Professional Certification \- Pest Control Services or equivalent training. * Valid driving license (Class B). * Prior experience in pest control, environmental health, or similar positions. * Ability to work autonomously managing service routes. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Training in Legionella, CMRs, and TP8 (wood treatment) will be valued. * Experience in HORECA environments, residential communities, and the food industry will be valued. * Knowledge of HACCP, technical report writing, and document management. **Conditions:** * On-site work in Mallorca. * Stable employment with an established company in the sector. * Company vehicle and mobile phone provided. * Initial training and support on internal tools. * Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00. * Overtime compensated or offset according to collective agreement. * Opportunity for variable compensation linked to objectives and productivity.
