This team is responsible for maintenance, design, renewal, and regulatory compliance of substation assets, telecontrol systems, and electrical protection systems across the Balearic Islands. Training Objectives During the internship, the student will: **Organizational Management:** Participate in daily monitoring of work scheduling and preparation of periodic reports on performance and quality. **Data Analytics:** Analyze medium-voltage incidents and reactive power movements, proposing technical improvements based on collected data. **Digital Transformation and New Technologies:** Collaborate in implementing automatic load shedding systems, digital schematics, and sensor architectures in substations. **Key Competencies:** Strengthen skills such as teamwork, autonomy, technical analysis ability, and problem-solving in operational environments. **Process Innovation:** Propose alternatives to improve intervention times and optimize network and switching components in power system operations.
