Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to strengthen our team, responsible for food preparation, plating, and kitchen cleaning, supporting the chef in various culinary tasks. Contribute to maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen. **We are looking to hire a Kitchen Assistant to strengthen our kitchen team.** What will you do upon joining the team? * Prepare dishes for which you have received appropriate training. * Peel and cut ingredients for dishes being prepared by the chef. * Carry out basic preparations, as well as any other culinary tasks assigned to you. * Weigh or measure portions. * Mix ingredients for sauces and prepare other simple meals (desserts, soups). * Assist the chef in serving dishes. * Ensure professional and attractive presentation of plated dishes. * Maintain order and cleanliness. * Store utensils and food after dish preparation is complete. * Manage and track food quantities. * Handle orders.
