We are looking for a Project Engineer to carry out engineering projects for buildings. • Development of building engineering projects in the following fields: electricity, renewable energy, thermal installations, plumbing, ventilation, and control systems. • Site visits for supervision and monitoring of construction works. • Commissioning of installations: photovoltaic, aerothermal, home automation, etc. • Legalization of installations. • Energy audits. • Energy certifications. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. • Experience developing installation projects for buildings: air conditioning, electricity, communications, plumbing, sanitation. • On-site installation experience. • Home automation and/or PLC programming. * Bachelor’s or Engineering degree – Industrial. * Diploma or Technical Engineering degree – Computer Science / Electronics. * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced). * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced). * English (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate). * Competencies / Knowledge: Knowledge in the following areas will be valued: • Photovoltaic installations. • Technical direction of construction works. • Calculation of thermal installations. • Building energy certification. • Control systems (or home automation). * Availability of personal vehicle. * Driving license: B + E. * Temporary employment contract (6 months). * Full-time position. * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1860' to '2280'. * Other relevant information: Observations: – Immediate start. – Personal vehicle required to commute to the company. – Residence near the workplace. – 6-month temporary contract, with potential conversion to permanent employment thereafter.
