Position Summary: We are seeking a BMS Commissioning Manager for hotel, premium residential, and high-complexity projects in Mexico, with a focus on programming and validation of centralized management systems. At Estel, we specialize in integrated installations (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, telecommunications, and trigeneration) for hotel, premium residential, and high-complexity projects. With an international presence across multiple countries, we aim to hire a BMS Commissioning Manager for our projects in Mexico. You will join the commissioning team, reporting to the Commissioning Team Manager, playing a key role in the commissioning, programming, and validation of building centralized management systems. This position is open to both local candidates and candidates willing to relocate from Spain. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Execute and supervise project BMS/SCADA system commissioning: programming, configuration, parameterization, and validation of controllers and supervision stations. * Verify correct integration of all subsystems into the BMS: HVAC, lighting, energy metering, fire protection, access control, plumbing, and other connected systems. * Conduct point-to-point testing, control sequence testing, trending, and alarm testing to ensure proper operation of all programmed logic. * Coordinate with the Electromechanical Manager for joint validation of field equipment against BMS signals and commands. * Configure graphical user interfaces, monitoring dashboards, and energy reporting systems. * Prepare technical BMS test reports, programming documentation (point lists, control logic, parameters), and operation manuals for end clients. * Train client operations and maintenance personnel on BMS usage and management. * Resolve integration and communication issues among systems (BACnet, Modbus, LON, KNX, DALI, etc.). * Report progress, issues, and status of BMS commissioning activities to the Commissioning Team Manager. #### **Requirements** * Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in BMS/SCADA commissioning and programming for building projects (hotel, premium residential, healthcare, or similar). * Solid knowledge of communication protocols. * Experience programming controllers from at least one major manufacturer. * Functional-level knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical installations sufficient to understand control logic. * Ability to read and interpret control schematics, flow diagrams, and point lists. * Willingness to reside in Mexico and travel domestically. #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in international projects or expatriate assignments. * Familiarity with Mexican regulations (NOM) applicable to installations and control systems. * Certifications on BMS platforms (Niagara N4, Desigo CC, EcoStruxure, Metasys, etc.). * Experience integrating energy management systems and IoT monitoring solutions. * Prior experience in the luxury hotel or residential sector. #### **We Offer** * Employment with an established company experiencing robust international growth. * A large-scale, technically demanding project in Mexico focused on automation and control. * Professional development and career advancement opportunities within a multidisciplinary and international environment.
