We are currently seeking a **BMS Technician** with experience in building management systems to join our production team and support large-scale projects. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Installation, configuration, and commissioning of BMS systems for climate control, electricity, lighting, and security. * Programming, tuning, and optimization of automatic control systems (KNX, BACnet, Modbus, or other protocols). * Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing corrective/preventive maintenance on BMS systems. * Integration of various subsystems (HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, security, renewable energy). * Collaboration with site managers and project managers in coordinating work activities. * Preparation of technical reports and follow-up documentation. #### **Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training qualification in electricity, electronics, telecommunications, automation, or similar. * Previous experience in installation and maintenance of BMS systems in construction or industrial projects. * Knowledge of communication protocols (KNX, BACnet, Modbus, LONworks). * Proficiency with software tools for programming and monitoring control systems. * Technical English is desirable. * Teamwork skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. #### **We Offer** * Involvement in flagship projects within the luxury hotel and residential sectors. * Stable employment contract and professional development plan within the company. * Continuous training on state-of-the-art systems. * Dynamic work environment with international presence.
