Special focus on ramen preparation Staff is needed for an Asian kitchen in Gijón (Asturias). Tasks include handling, cutting, and preparing meats, vegetables, seafood, and non-perishable items. Food marinating and Asian cuisine preparation are also performed, with special attention to ramen preparation. Prior experience in Asian cuisine and professional training in Cooking and Gastronomy, Kitchen Management, or similar fields are valued. Employment conditions include an indefinite-term contract, full-time work with split shifts from 12:30 to 16:30 and from 20:00 to 00:00, rotating Monday through Sunday with two days off. The salary is €1.500 gross per month.
