Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional to review technical documentation, request quotations, prepare studies and budgets, and optimize costs for residential construction projects.

### **Responsibilities**
* Review drawings and technical documentation for residential construction projects.
* Request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, conducting technical and economic comparisons.
* Prepare technical and economic studies for projects, including detailed measurements.
* Prepare comprehensive budgets and technical reports for construction works.
* Analyze construction solutions and optimize costs during the study phase.
* Coordinate with various technical departments to ensure the feasibility and quality of proposals.
* Participate in preparing tenders and proposals for new projects.
### **Requirements**
* Qualification in **Building Engineering** or equivalent degrees.
* Minimum **5 years of experience in residential construction studies**.
* Proficiency in **Revit, BIM, and AutoCAD**.
* Solid knowledge of measurements, budgeting, and cost analysis in construction.
* Experience dealing with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Availability to work in a hybrid model (**1 remote workday per week**).
