At Winhotel Solution, we are looking to hire a Software Consultant specializing in hotel IT solutions (PMS) for our Consulting and Customer Support department. **Responsibilities** ---------- * Analyze hotels' technological needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with their requirements. * Implement and configure hotel software systems, ensuring proper integration with existing systems. * Train hotel staff on how to use and maximize the benefits of implemented technological solutions. * Conduct ongoing system monitoring and maintenance, resolving technical issues and optimizing performance. * Collaborate with development teams to identify improvements and new features based on user feedback. * Open, track, and resolve incidents in the HelpDesk **Requirements** -------------- * Vocational Training at Intermediate or Advanced Level, Hospitality Management, or Computer Science * Experience or knowledge in hotel management or hotel software sector. * Advanced knowledge of tools and technologies used in hotel management. * Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Willingness to travel as required by project needs. **Benefits** -------------- On-site, remote, or hybrid work model.
