Aquaservice is seeking **a Logistics Manager** for our offices in the **Balearic Islands**, responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring service standards are met, and leading the delivery team. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Operational Coordination:** Plan and supervise delivery routes, allocate resources (vehicles and personnel), and monitor service execution to meet deadlines and quality standards. * **Fleet and Equipment Management:** Oversee maintenance and proper use of the fleet (hybrid vehicles), tools, and equipment (PDAs, fuel cards), and coordinate inspections and repairs. * **Safety and Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with transport regulations and occupational safety standards, promote best practices, and maintain required records. * **Team Leadership:** Lead, train, and motivate the delivery staff; manage shifts and cover temporary staffing needs. * **Optimization and Continuous Improvement:** Propose and implement improvements in logistics processes, routing, and operational costs to increase efficiency. * **Reporting and Communication:** Prepare operational reports and service performance indicators (KPIs); coordinate with other departments (sales, production, customer service). **Requirements:** * Minimum proven experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse management (experience in home delivery environments preferred). * Ability to coordinate teams and experience managing shift schedules. * Knowledge of stock and inventory control, and experience using ERP or TMS systems; PDA device experience is a plus. * Valid Spanish driving license (Class B) is mandatory. * Customer-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to make decisions under pressure. * Willingness to travel between islands. * Proactive, organized individual with a focus on continuous improvement. **We Offer:** * Full-time employment contract under the General Social Security Regime. * Immediate incorporation and ongoing company-provided training. * Professional development and growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Job stability and an attractive compensation package: fixed salary \+ variable bonus based on objective achievement. * Job-related resources: company vehicle, PDA, and fuel card. * Social benefits: medical insurance discounts, childcare vouchers, and other corporate incentives. * Positive work environment supported by specialized delivery and operations teams.
