Team training and supervision of material storage **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Site Supervisor – Construction (Mallorca) in Mallorca. **Workplace** -------------------- * Mallorca (travel required across the island) **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule work activities jointly with the site manager, assume responsibility for project progress, and immediately report any anomalies arising. * Interpret blueprints, perform measurements, and carry out layout work. * Monitor machinery and workforce performance, and complete and sign off necessary reports regarding personnel and machinery. * Train team members on assigned tasks. * Comply with and ensure compliance with regulations concerning safety, quality, and site signage; be responsible for informing newly hired personnel about the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on site. * Verify proper material storage and execution of cleaning tasks. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Applicants must substantiate fulfillment of requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying required professional experience. * Academic internship annexes verifying required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in building construction, civil engineering, and/or forestry works (professional and/or academic). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license (attach copy). **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Course and/or training in working at height (attach certificate) * Course and/or training in coordinated spaces (attach certificate) * Basic Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Training Course for Construction (60 hours) (attach certificate) ### **Prior Experience** * From 6 months up to 3 years’ experience in building construction and civil engineering works (professional and/or academic) **Observations** ----------------- * Application submission period opens today, 05/02/2026, and closes on 11/02/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
