Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect – Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new clinic opening and renovation projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. You will seek new solutions to enhance the customer experience. ##### **Join our team as a Technical Architect – Project Manager** **at our offices in Madrid!** You will participate in every **new Sanitas clinic opening project**, playing a leading role in the development of the leading oral healthcare company. #### **What will you do in our team?:** Your mission will be to ensure project planning for construction works at new centers or centers undergoing renovation, identifying tasks to be carried out by defining the required natural, human, and financial resources. And additionally... Coordinate **technical validations** of premises that may serve as options for new center openings. Serve as the **main point of contact with external suppliers** during the opening process and installation week. **Coordinate with internal departments** of Sanitas Dental and other company areas involved in the projects. Ensure adherence to the **defined timelines** for each project, as well as ensure the **implementation of corporate branding** across all projects under your responsibility. **Seek new solutions** that improve the customer experience and/or increase cost-efficiency and durability. Carry out **implementations for new openings**, both for new clinics and for works within the existing network, and **manage construction projects**: prepare, coordinate, and monitor them until opening date. Calculate the **overall project budget** and control its evolution to ensure compliance and proper management within internal systems. **What are we looking for?:** Education: **Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Architecture / Technical Engineering** Experience: **Prior experience: 3–5 years** in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or retail sector. Languages: English level **B2** Other skills and knowledge: Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is essential. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
