At Fini Company, we are selecting a **Project Manager Opcenter** for our facilities in Molina de Segura, with the mission of developing and executing the company’s MES system projects. What will you do? * Define operational diagrams at the MES system level (Work Masters) * Define and execute traceability models (Work Orders) * Design and program integrations between MES and ERP * Model and design BI reporting dashboards * Establish progress indicators (KPIs), monitor performance, and report results * Facilitate workshops and training on Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, etc.) What are we looking for? * A committed individual with strong communication skills and teamwork abilities * Analytical capability * Goal- and results-oriented mindset * Agility and problem-solving capacity when facing difficulties and managing incidents * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, IT, etc.); specialization in systems is a plus * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within industrial environments * Advanced knowledge of the Opcenter MES system * Advanced SQL programming skills * Process analysis and KPI management expertise * Problem-solving techniques and workflow optimization skills * Proficiency in office tools (advanced Excel), ERP, and BI
