We are looking for a **young, dynamic professional eager to grow professionally** within the industrial construction sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate construction phases according to the established schedule and budget. * Monitor production as well as human and material resources assigned to the project. * Supervise correct interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and proper progress of work. * Conduct financial monitoring of the project and control costs and deviations. * Ensure compliance with technical regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and environmental requirements. * Collaborate closely with the Technical Management team and other technical supervisors in decision-making. * Prepare progress reports, production control documentation, and technical site documentation. Requirements * University degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Building Engineering. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Production Manager, Junior Site Manager, or Site Technician, preferably in industrial building projects. * Knowledge of construction management, quantity surveying, budgeting, and cost control. * Proficiency in technical software: AutoCAD, Presto, Excel (intermediate/advanced level); Revit and MS Project are desirable. * Strong organizational, leadership, and on-site team coordination skills. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily to the construction site.
