




Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to manage a portfolio of urban mobility projects, covering the full project lifecycle from contractual analysis through to closure and lessons learned. We support urban mobility projects throughout their entire lifecycle. **What We Expect** As Project Manager, you will be assigned a portfolio of projects, where you will perform the core responsibilities of the role across all phases of each project. **Responsibilities** * Project Initiation: Contract analysis, scope definition, initial planning and price review. Preparation of the project initiation document. * Planning: Development of supply, installation, safety, and quality plans. Detailed task-level planning and resource allocation. * Execution: Client communication, management of technical documentation and site visit reports. Control of variations, risks, opportunities, and non-conformities. * Monitoring and Control: Oversight of supplies and works. Change management and tracking of key dates (contract, manufacturing, installation). Customer certification and invoicing, as well as supplier invoice control. * Project Closure: Test protocols, industry registrations, and handover reports. Internal and external client delivery, supplier closure.
