Refrigeration Technician Level 1 – Official Position, Mallorca

**Description:** ---------------- Main responsibilities: As a Refrigeration Technician Level 1, you will be responsible for: * Carrying out complete installations of air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems. * Assembling and connecting industrial and domestic refrigeration equipment (split units, VRV systems, chillers, etc.). * Charging, controlling, and handling fluorinated gases (in accordance with current regulations). * Interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. * Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing malfunctions in refrigeration systems. * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and occupational health and safety (OHS) standards on site. * Collaborating with the site team and reporting progress to the site supervisor. **Requirements:** --------------- * Experience as a refrigeration technician. * Vocational training in this specialty (preferably Medium or Higher Vocational Training in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration). * Valid certificate for handling fluorinated gases. * Occupational health and safety (OHS) training corresponding to the position. * Experience installing systems in hotels and/or private villas (desirable). * Teamwork skills, autonomy, and sense of responsibility. * Valid driver’s license. * Availability to work in the Mallorca area.
