We are currently seeking an **Electrical Installations Supervisor** for our projects in Ibiza. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate electrical installation work on hotel, luxury residential, and iconic building projects. * Organize and assign tasks to the on-site team. * Monitor work execution to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Interpret technical drawings and documentation to ensure correct installation execution. * Coordinate cabling, lighting systems, electrical panels, and power distribution installations. * Supervise commissioning and testing of installations. * Coordinate communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and other on-site teams. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Requirements: * Valid Occupational Health and Safety training specific to the Electrical Sector (20 hours). * Technical specialization in Electrical Installations is desirable. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor or Team Leader in large-scale electrical installations. * Experience in hotel, luxury residential, or highly complex technical building projects.
