Your work will be essential in analyzing the technical and economic feasibility of new constructions, making you a key player in the initial phase of our projects. Your responsibilities will include detailed technical analysis of building projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. You will develop comprehensive technical and economic studies to support decision-making. Preparing accurate measurements and budgets will be an essential part of your daily tasks, along with reviewing drawings and technical documentation. Collaboration with the studies team and supporting the department head in preparing and presenting tenders will be crucial. For this position, a degree in Technical Architecture or Surveying is required, with at least 2 years of experience in studies departments, technical offices, or on-site construction. Proficiency in measurement and budgeting tools is essential. Knowledge of Navision is desirable.
