Your mission will be to ensure a solid and flexible technical implementation of the CDP during the discovery, design, and deployment phases of use cases, supporting its evolution and adoption across different teams. You will work cross-functionally with teams such as CRM, Analytics, Commercial Communications, and Product to activate audiences, enrich user profiles, and ensure that the right data is available for use in campaigns, personalization, and reporting. **CONDITIONS:** * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday. * Hybrid on-site/remote work model. * Workplace at our central offices in Llucmajor, Mallorca. * Flight tickets with our airline and partner airlines to travel to all our destinations with your family and friends. **Requirements:** --------------- **To succeed in this role, the following are essential:** * Practical knowledge of the technical and operational configuration of CDP platforms (sources, events, audiences, connectors, actions). * Ability to collaborate closely with technical and business profiles, translating functional requirements into concrete CDP configurations. * Experience working with user data, web/app events, and martech ecosystems (CRM, CMS, activation platforms, etc.). * Ability to test, validate, and document data flows from ingestion to activation. * Curious, detail-oriented profile with a continuous improvement mindset and collaborative attitude. **Additionally, we will especially value:** * Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ideally holding the Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant certification.
