GERMAN LANGUAGE MANDATORY **Social Media \& Content Creator (m/f/d)** Senior · Full-time · Palma de Mallorca DPNY is a marketing agency in Palma de Mallorca. You will manage the social media channels of two brands: Medicom.de focuses on health for people over 50; Evage.com targets sporty individuals aged 30 and above. Two audiences that could hardly be more different — and precisely that makes the role interesting. Over time, additional agency clients may be added. **Your Responsibilities** * You manage the Instagram and TikTok channels of Medicom and Evage. * You produce Reels, Stories, TikToks, and UGC content yourself — from concept to publication. * You build an influencer network for both brands, focusing on micro- and mid-tier influencers. * You create creative assets for Meta Ads. * Community management is part of your role: you respond to comments and DMs and keep engagement active. * You spot trends early and turn them into original content ideas. * You test creatives together with our Performance Marketing Manager. **What You Bring** * You know what works on which channel — and enjoy proving it. * Several years of experience producing Reels and advertising creatives (static and video), ideally for brands. * Photoshop or Canva, CapCut or Premiere: We care less about which tools you use than about the final result. * You strategically apply AI tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, or Midjourney for ad and content assets. * You consider assets for paid ads — not just organic reach. * A content calendar doesn’t restrict you, yet your content never looks mass-produced. * Experience with health or NEM brands is a plus. Interest in longevity and health is expected. * Fluent in German and English; Spanish is helpful in daily life. * You live in Palma or are willing to relocate there. **What We Offer** * Spanish employment contract with DPNY in Palma de Mallorca. * Air-conditioned office located centrally in Palma.
