We are looking for a Mechanical Installations Supervisor (Plumbing, HVAC and Sanitation) to join our high-end projects in the hotel and luxury residential sector. Main responsibilities: * Supervise the execution of mechanical installations * Plan and coordinate work performed by direct and subcontracted personnel, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality and safety standards. * Review drawings, technical schematics and site documentation, guaranteeing their correct interpretation and implementation. * Coordinate with electrical, telecommunications and other disciplines to ensure proper integration of systems. * Monitor materials, orders and on-site resources in coordination with Procurement and Logistics departments. * Supervise execution quality and finishes, conducting operational tests and final validations. * Report progress, incidents and requirements to the Site Manager or Installations Coordinator. Required qualifications: * Occupational Health and Safety training in the metal sector (20 hours, specialty in plumbing or HVAC). * Technical training in Mechanical, Thermal Installations or Renewable Energy is desirable. Personal competencies: * Leadership and team organization. * Problem-solving and on-site decision-making. * Results-oriented with production control capabilities. * Strong communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills. * Commitment, involvement and attention to technical detail. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale projects (hotels, resorts or luxury residential buildings). * Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, pumping systems and technical rooms. * Previous experience as a Foreman or Assistant Foreman in mechanical installations. * Ability to read technical drawings, control production and monitor quality
