GERMAN LANGUAGE MANDATORY **Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)** Senior · Full-time · Palma de Mallorca DPNY is a marketing agency based in Palma de Mallorca. Among others, we manage Medicom.de, a direct distributor of dietary supplements with over 30 years of market presence and more than one million customers in Germany. In addition, we handle Evage.com, a young brand focused on Athletic Longevity. For both brands, we are seeking someone to take ownership of paid channels. Over time, additional agency clients may be added. You will independently manage the budgets from day one—approximately €50,000 to €80,000 per month in total. **Your Responsibilities** * Meta Ads are your core channel. You plan and scale Facebook and Instagram campaigns for Medicom and Evage. * You build Native Advertising as a second performance channel. * Our affiliate program runs via AWIN. You manage it and drive its further development. * Tracking is also your responsibility: UTM structure, GA4 events, and determining which channel truly drives revenue. * You regularly report campaign performance and make concrete suggestions for optimization. * You collaborate closely with our Content Creator on ad creatives. * You may build TikTok Ads if you wish. **What You Bring** * Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing, including at least 2 years independently managing Meta Ads. * You have previously scaled D2C or e-commerce accounts and can provide proof. * You use GA4, Meta Business Manager, and attribution tools daily. * Familiarity with Google Ads and Bing Ads is ideal; however, managing either is not required in this role. * Affiliate experience—e.g., with AWIN—is a plus. * Experience with health or NEM products is also advantageous. Candidates interested in longevity and health fit well with our team. * Data forms the foundation of your decisions—not merely reporting material. * Very good German (minimum B2 level) and fluent English. Spanish is helpful for daily life. * You reside in Palma or are willing to relocate there. **What We Offer** * Spanish employment contract with DPNY in Palma de Mallorca. * Air-conditioned office located centrally in Palma.
