Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations At **Majestic Resorts**, we are looking to hire a **Facilities Maintenance Manager** to lead the technical and operational management of facilities supporting our resorts in Costa Mujeres (Cancún \- Mexico). This position is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and continuity in accordance with the Group's quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and industrial equipment. * Lead and coordinate maintenance technical teams. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. * Monitor budgets, costs, and resource optimization. * Manage suppliers and coordinate with internal operational departments. * Propose technical improvements and facility optimization projects. **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum **5 years of experience** in similar industrial maintenance or facilities management roles. * Experience in managing and leading technical teams. * Solid knowledge of electricity, mechanics, HVAC, hydraulics, and general maintenance. * Experience in budget control and planning. * Willingness to relocate and reside in Cancún (Mexico)
