**Location**: Palma de Mallorca **Working Hours**: Full-time Intensive Schedule **Contract Type**: Permanent **Salary Range**: €22,000–€27,000 per year, depending on experience. **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced accountant to join an accounting firm located in the city center of Palma. The candidate will be responsible for daily accounting and administrative tasks, working autonomously and in coordination with the rest of the team. **Main Responsibilities:** **\-** Comprehensive accounting management for a portfolio of limited liability companies (SL) \- Recording purchase, sales, and expense invoices. \- Bank reconciliations. \- Preparation of period-end financial closings. \- Filing quarterly and annual tax returns (VAT, Personal Income Tax, advance payments, etc.). \- Occasional client communication to resolve issues. **Requirements** \- Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FP Superior) in Administration and Finance, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent \- 2–3 years of experience in accounting and tax filing \- Experience in accounting firms (mandatory) \- Basic knowledge of taxation \- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously while coordinating with the supervisor. \- Problem-solving profile, proactive, and oriented toward continuous improvement \- Good communication skills and a friendly approach \- Committed, collaborative individual with interest in long-term stability \- Proficiency in A3, Sage, Contasol, or similar software. \- Solid Excel skills. **Offered:** **\-** Permanent contract (year-round) \- Central location with public transport access \- Full-time schedule, continuous shift from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM \- Competitive salary based on experience (€22k–€27k) \- Small, close-knit team; stable and long-term project If you are looking for a **stable position at an established accounting firm**, where you can develop your professional career within a supportive team, with autonomy and an excellent work schedule, we would be delighted to meet you.
