Assist with Fam Trips, inspection visits, and promotional trips to introduce our hotels to companies, travel agencies, and TTOOs. 2\. Quote, promote, and closely monitor group bookings and ad-hoc operations according to the Sales Manager’s guidelines. 3\. Monitor assigned accounts to achieve optimal results and the highest level of satisfaction. 4\. Monitor hotel availability and minimum stay requirements, as well as hotel offers on our direct channels, to strengthen direct sales versus intermediated sales. 5\. Periodically collect information on competitor hotels’ rates and offers. 6\. Prepare contracts with assigned accounts on a regular basis. 7\.
