




We are looking for a Plant Manager to fully manage a waste treatment center. This facility has two buildings: one for the transfer and classification of special waste (such as healthcare, chemical, and cytotoxic waste) and another for the storage and treatment of industrial waste, particularly WEEE. The selected candidate will be responsible for the daily operation of the center and for coordinating various work teams. Main responsibilities include supervising waste reception, sorting, storage, and treatment processes. Additionally, managing and coordinating personnel, as well as overseeing transporters, waste managers, and suppliers. It is essential to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and established procedures for the proper functioning of the plant. Furthermore, monitoring process performance indicators, verifying quality, documenting any incidents that could jeopardize operational continuity, and preparing corresponding reports are required. The candidate is also expected to carry out safety and environmental inspection plans (PRL, PPE control, accident investigations...). We offer a permanent full-time contract, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. The annual gross salary is €30,000, with opportunities for professional growth. Minimum Requirements * University degree in logistics, engineering, administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in managerial roles within administrative environments (warehouses, transportation, or distribution centers). * Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in computer tools: ERP, advanced Excel, and analytical skills for interpreting operational data. * Previous experience in regulated operational sectors (waste management, healthcare, chemicals, dangerous goods transportation) is desirable.
