We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Supervisor with strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities to join our dynamic and expanding team. You will play a key role in managing and executing physical inventories for various clients, from logistics to generating discrepancy reports, including team management and reporting to headquarters. **Job Responsibilities:** * **Conduct physical inventories for various clients** by applying the company's procedures and methodology. * **Lead and manage teams of 1 to 15 operators**, providing leadership, training, on-site support, and monitoring their work during inventories. * Establish a **climate of trust with clients**, ensuring proper adherence to procedures. * Carry out **administrative tasks related to the assignment** (time declarations, expense reports, etc.). **Requirements:** * Residence in Palma de Mallorca or surrounding areas * **Valid class B driver's license** (at least one year of validity) * Availability for **frequent travel** and working **variable shifts** (early mornings and/or late afternoons/evenings) * Knowledge of a second language (Portuguese, French, and/or Italian) is an advantage * Experience in team management is valued **Conditions:** * **Working hours** vary according to operations: early mornings and/or afternoons/evenings. * **Frequent travel** within Spain. Possible assignments in Portugal and France depending on language proficiency. * **Remuneration**: 1,510 €/month in 12 payments + bonuses. Travel expenses and allowances will be reimbursed. * **Contract type**: Fixed-term intermittent contract. * **Position type**: Full-time.
